JKAPPS ("we," "our," or "us") operates the WORD GRAB mobile application. This policy details how data is handled by our local game systems and the third-party Google services we utilize.

1. Third-Party Services & Technical Data

We utilize industry-standard services from Google to ensure game stability, provide advertisements, and manage our global leaderboard. These services collect anonymized technical identifiers. • Google AdMob & UMP: Collects device identifiers to manage user consent and serve advertisements based on your preferences.
• Firebase Analytics: Collects anonymized telemetry (e.g., app open frequency, round starts). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
• Firebase Crashlytics: Collects technical logs and stack traces when the app encounters an error to help us provide bug fixes.
• Firebase Firestore: Provides the secure cloud database infrastructure to store and retrieve global online leaderboard data.

2. User Choices and Opt-Outs

• Consent Management: A Google UMP consent dialog is presented at launch for you to choose your ad preferences.
• System Settings: You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads at any time via your device: Settings > Google > Ads.
• Total Opt-Out: To stop all technical data collection by third-party services, you may uninstall the application.

3. Data Storage: Local and Online Leaderboards

All of your achievement data is saved locally on your device by default. You have the option to voluntarily transmit specific high scores to our cloud database:

• Local Storage: Daily check-in streak progress, session history, and high scores are stored exclusively on your device’s internal storage. Clearing your app cache or uninstalling the app will permanently delete this local data.
• Global Online Leaderboard: If you choose to submit a score, your chosen display name and score will be transmitted to Google Firebase servers and will be publicly visible to other players. We encourage the use of pseudonyms or initials. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate or offensive submitted names.
• Data Deletion: You have full control over your data. To delete local progress, clear your app cache or uninstall the application. To instantly remove your submitted scores from the global online leaderboard, please use the "Delete My Data" tool located within the "Legal & About" menu of the application. 4. Native Score Sharing

The "Share Score" feature utilizes your device's built-in sharing capabilities (the native OS share sheet). JKAPPS does not track, intercept, or record who you share your score with, the platforms you share to (e.g., text message, social media), or the contents of the shared message.

5. Assets and Licenses

Audio: All sound effects in the application are programmatically synthesized and are original content created for this game.

Dictionaries: English word lists are provided via open-source projects including SCOWL, Hunspell, dwyl, and the English Open Word List (EOWL) under their respective licenses.

6. Security

We rely on the security protocols of Google and Firebase to protect any technical and leaderboard data processed by their services. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

7. Age Verification & State-Specific Compliance (Texas SB 2420)

To comply with regional regulatory frameworks, including the Texas App Store Accountability Act, this application utilizes Google's native Age Signals API. This interface securely passes age verification status and parental consent markers handled at the operating system or account tier directly through the Google Play Store platform. Our local code processes these automated statuses strictly to lock application entry if an explicit denial status is received. JKAPPS does not collect, transmit, or record any personal identity documentation, age milestones, or personal profile details on external databases.

1. User-Generated Content (Display Names)

WORD GRAB allows users to submit a display name for the global leaderboard. By submitting a display name, you agree to the following:

• You are solely responsible for the content of your display name.
• You may not submit names that are offensive, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory, or that impersonate others.
• You warrant that your submitted name does not infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.

2. Moderation and Enforcement

To ensure a safe environment, we employ a multi-layered moderation strategy:

• Automated Filtering: We use an automated profanity filter to block restricted terms.
• User Reporting: In-app reporting tools allow users to flag inappropriate names for review.
• Our Right to Moderate: JKAPPS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any submitted name or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

JKAPPS is not responsible for any offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content submitted by users. While we make reasonable efforts to moderate submissions, we assume no liability for the conduct of our users.
